Cemil Yaman worked as Construction Investment Manager at Real Estate Management Department of Siemens Turkey for 10 years. At September 2010, he started to work for his own company, ERKE Tasarım. He consults building investors about LEED, BREEAM and energy saving methods.
He holds the titles of LEED Faculty, LEED AP and BREEAM Assessor.
He worked as project manager and green building expert during the construction of Turkey’s first LEED Gold Certificate Building, Siemens Gebze Facilities.
He attended seminars, congresses and workshops to inform participants about LEED rating systems and certification process.
Cemil Yaman is experienced about project management, green buildings, building investment and management, building maintenance and energy management.
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University with Electric Engineering BSc and Electronics & Communication MSc.

FACULTY:

After working at department of real estate management at Siemens Ind. & Tra. Inc. as construction investment manager for ten years, Cemil Yaman leaved his job in September 2010 and began to work for his own company, ERKE Design. In ERKE Design he gives investors the services; LEED and BREEAM green building certificate consultancy and energy saving.

 

As a LEED Faculty, Cemil Yaman is also a LEED AP and BREEAM Assessor. He worked as project manager and green building expert during construction of Siemens Gebze Facilities, which is the first LEED GOLD certificated building in Turkey.

 

-As spokesman and expert, he has participated conferences, seminars and workshops in order to raise awareness of green buildings.

He is experienced in construction project management, green buildings, building investments and managements, building maintenance and energy management.
