The project, the field and the building is assessed by experienced BREEAM Assessor and contractor, designer, project owner, consultants, architect and designer. With this process, it is ensured that all project partners are informed about BREEAM. Depending on the decision of the employer, the project applies to BRE and BREEAM process begins.

During design process, BREEAM assessor meets with project partners in order to point out the necessary modifications to get BREEAM certificate so that these modifications can be implemented to design in an early stage of the project. ERKE’s BREEAM Assessors work with project team (architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, landscape architects and infrastructure designers) to gain more BREEAM credits and to save energy without affecting the design and construction process negatively.

After design process, ERKE’s BREEAM assessors submit the results as a report to BRE for an evaluation and assist the project owner to obtain BREEAM certificate.

BREEAM Assessors conduct studies similar to design process during construction process. BREEAM Assessors prepare reports; lead and support the project owner to upgrade BREEAM Certificate level.

After construction process, BREEAM Assessors submit the studies to BRE for evaluation and assist the project owner to obtain the final certificate.

With expert mechanical engineers ERKE is the first company in Turkey that can provide complete ENERGY MODELING. In the preliminary design stage; lighting, HVAC, building façade and other systems are compared and the most efficient system by means of energy modeling is decided. ERKE’s customers are informed about system performances at the beginning of design stage so that an optimum buying process can be performed. During further design processes, more detailed energy analysis is done to determine the energy consumption and operating cost of the building.

We prepare all the energy analysis and related repots within the scope of LEED and BREEAM and submit them to the examination of USGBC and BRE.

The aim of this study performed by expert mechanical and electrical engineers is to control the conformity of the building energy systems with customer demands, design criteria and to ensure their efficiency.

Waste management plan particularly to the project is prepared considering the reduction of wastes during construction and after construction, waste collection, waste disposal and waste recovery. According to this study, waste policies for companies are developed.
