• In accordance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulation within the scope of Energy Efficiency Law No.5627; industrial facilities, buildings that will be used less than 2 years, buildings having total usage area less than 50 m2, all new buildings except storage buildings, warehouses, workshops which are not heated or cooled must have Energy Identity Certificates since 01.01.2011. The buildings which don’t comply with Energy Performance of Buildings Regulation can’t get building permits.

• Authorization for preparing Energy Identity Certificate in accordance with Energy Performance of Buildings Regulation is given by ministry. ERKE Design has been authorized by ministry to prepare Energy Identity Certificate. At the same time with Energy Identity Certificate, ERKE Design provides a combined service including consultancy service to have a energy effective, economical building.
